Product Designer
Are you a design wizard who can craft intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces? Do you have a passion for creating innovative products that users love? If so, we want you to join the Brucira team as our newest Product Designer!
Your Responsibilities will include:- Designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and product features for different product environments like websites, web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
- 1+ years of proven work experience in Product Design.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and well versed with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe.
- A strong research mindset and the ability to gather and analyze data to inform their design decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Motion Designer
Do you have a knack for creating dynamic animations and compelling motion graphics? As a Motion Designer, you’ll transform static designs into engaging, moving visuals that tell a story, enhance experiences, and capture attention across digital platforms.
Your Responsibilities will include:- Design and create motion graphics, animations, and videos for web, social media, and marketing campaigns for our company and clients.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
- Experiment with animation styles and techniques to innovate and improve.
- Stay updated on motion design trends and best practices to ensure animations done by Brucira remain innovative and cutting-edge.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio highlighting 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and multimedia projects.
- Expertise in tools such as Adobe After Effects, LottieFiles, and Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in vector graphics, illustration, and character animation.
- Strong grasp of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
- Knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Cavalry and Rive is a huge plus!
- Familiarity with video compression and optimization for web and mobile platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring high-quality video outputs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
