- Collaborate with the design team to develop content strategies that align with our client's goals and objectives.
- Write clear, compelling copy for websites, marketing materials, case studies and other projects as needed.
- Edit and proofread content for spelling and grammar.
- Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in content writing.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve the overall effectiveness of our content.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- 3 years of professional writing experience, including writing for the web.

- Lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage team relations, including addressing concerns and grievances, and enforcing company policies.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and vacation/time off.
