Brucira partnered with the Uluv team to unify the entire pet care journey into one seamless, intuitive experience, simplifying complexity, streamlining touchpoints, and building a platform pet parents can truly rely on.
Pet parents were navigating a fragmented ecosystem switching between vets, caregivers, wellness services, and multiple disconnected platforms. This created confusion, friction, and a lack of trust.
The challenge was to design a unified digital experience that simplified this complexity while building credibility and transparency. The platform needed to seamlessly serve multiple user types – pet parents, caregivers, vets, and partners each with distinct goals and workflows.
At the same time, the experience had to clearly communicate Uluv’s core promise: making pet care simpler, safer, and more accessible – all in one place.
Brucira collaborated with Uluv to create a unified pet care platform focused on trust, clarity, and ease of use. The experience simplifies how pet parents discover, compare, and book vets and caregivers through clear service categorization, transparent pricing, and availability-led flows.
A flexible design system supports multiple user journeys pet parents, caregivers, vets, and partners – while maintaining a consistent visual identity across onboarding, bookings, and dashboards. By bringing fragmented pet services into one seamless ecosystem, we helped Uluv positions itself as a reliable, all-in-one destination for modern pet care.
We started with competitor and user research to uncover gaps in how pet care services are discovered and booked today. These insights shaped a modular, service-first experience that prioritised trust, transparency, and ease of use.
From early wireframes to final visual designs, every decision focused on simplifying complex flows while maintaining an emotionally reassuring tone reflecting Uluv’s role as a dependable companion in a pet parent’s journey.
Our moodboard focused on warm, calming visuals paired with clean, modern layouts to reflect trust and care at the heart of Uluv. Soft colour palettes, rounded UI elements, and friendly typography were used to create an emotionally reassuring experience, while maintaining clarity and structure across complex service flows.

The final Uluv experience unified strategy, research, and design into a cohesive ecosystem across web and mobile. Every element from onboarding and discovery to booking and service tracking was thoughtfully crafted to reduce anxiety and build trust for pet parents, while empowering caregivers and vets with clear, intuitive workflows. Warm visuals, friendly microcopy, and consistent design patterns made complex actions feel simple, while scalable systems ensured the platform could grow across services. The result was a reliable, human-centered product that turned fragmented pet care into one seamless, reassuring experience.
With Uluv designed primarily as a mobile app, every decision started with the small screen. Core journeys discovering services, booking caregivers or vets, tracking care, and managing appointments were built to feel effortless on mobile. Thumb-friendly interactions, clear hierarchies, and warm, reassuring visuals ensured pet parents could take action quickly, even in moments of stress. The experience was later extended to web, maintaining the same clarity, trust, and consistency across platforms while keeping mobile at the heart of the product.
